Patient Care Coordinator and Community Liaison
Michelle has spent many years in a customer focused setting in a variety of community organizations. She has worked with seniors for many years particularly those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. As part of the Alongside team, she works closely with our client service team to ensure client satisfaction. She visits healthcare facilities, clients and their families to ensure that top notch care is being provided to their satisfaction. She is the interface between our caregivers, clients, and our organization that keeps everything operating smoothly. She has resided in Palm Beach county for many years and has two children.
Thelma Maxwell
Administrator and Patient Care Advocate
Thelma Maxwell‘s life’s work has always been with the geriatric population. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and is a proud member of the National Association of Social Workers. Before joining the Alongside team, she spent 20+ years as the Social Services Director for several Nursing Homes here in South Florida. At Alongside, she uses her experience to help our clients live comfortably and safely in their homes. She ensures that they have the right services and are paired with the right caregivers. She works with each patient and their families to develop comprehensive care plans with measurable goals. Using her social work background, she also ensures the psychosocial needs of each client are also addressed. She has resided in Broward County for many years and has two adult children.
