Under his leadership, Alongside focuses on meticulous caregiver selection through skills and personality matching, ensuring that every client receives personalized and compassionate care tailored to their specific needs. Kevin is committed to advocating for the well-being of both clients and caregivers, fostering an environment of integrity and respect within the community.

Kevin's passion lies in making a difference in people's lives through the skills that he has honed across various sectors including Staffing and Workforce Planning. This expertise ensures that Alongside operates with the highest standards of service delivery and innovation in the healthcare industry while recognizing that the health and happiness of our caregivers and the people that they look after is the ultimate metric for success. As someone with family scattered around the globe, Kevin knows how important it is to communicate effectively with our client's loved ones.
Kevin and his wife Liat, along with their two sons reside in Palm Beach County.

Thelma Maxwell‘s life’s work has always been with the geriatric population. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and is a proud member of the National Association of Social Workers. Before joining the Alongside team, she spent 20+ years as the Social Services Director for several Nursing Homes here in South Florida. At Alongside, she uses her experience to help our clients live comfortably and safely in their homes. She ensures that they have the right services and are paired with the right caregivers. She works with each patient and their families to develop comprehensive care plans with measurable goals. Using her social work background, she also ensures the psychosocial needs of each client are also addressed. She has resided in Broward County for many years and has two adult children.
